Our mission at Nurturing Behaviours inc. is to teach with compassion and care, creating individualized services tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. We are dedicated to empowering our clients to develop independence and reach their full potential through thoughtful, personalized programming.
Service Provided
Who we support
At Nurturing Behaviours Inc., we provide services to ALL children and youth aged 2 to 18 with developmental disabilities or social, emotional, and behavioural needs. While many of the individuals we support have a diagnosis such as Autism Spectrum Disorder or ADHD, a diagnosis is not required to access our programs.
Our team works with children and youth who may benefit from support in areas such as communication, social skills, emotional regulation, independence, daily living skills, academics, fine & gross motor, toileting, etc.

Occupational Therapy
–Building fine & gross motor skills (handwriting, balance, etc.)
-Developing daily living skills (Dressing, feeding, etc.)
-Supports sensory processing and regulation
-Working on visual motor and visual perception skills
-Building independence in routines
-Recommendations for adaptive tools
ABA Therapy
-Provides emotional support and counseling
-Works on teaching coping, problem solving and self regulation strategies
-Building social skills, confidence, and self esteem
-Supports family dynamics and communication
-Connects families to community resources
-Offers parent coaching and advocacy support
Social Work
–Teaches new skills using evidence based strategies
-Focusing on communication, social, play, academics, adaptive skills etc.
-Address challenging behaviours
-Builds independence in daily routines
-Working on school readiness, academics, learning skills (Attention, following instructions, etc.)
-Uses data-driven programming individualized to each child’s goals

Payment / Funding
We accept the following payment / funding options:
- Ontario Autism Funding
- Jordan’s Principal Funding
- Out of pocket payments
- Private insurance – direct billing for select insurance providers providers for OT and social work services
- SSAH (special services at home funding) for respite related costs

London & Woodstock
Where do we provide services?
We provide services within an hour radius of London Ontario. Areas we commonly service are London, Woodstock, St. Thomas, Strathroy, Ingersoll, Mount Brydges, St. Marys, Lucan, Tavistock, Komoka, as well as virtually anywhere in Ontario. Travel fees may apply. ABA, OT, and Social work services can be provided within home, or our centre locations.
